Announcing the Coinbase and Kevin Durant partnership had to be huge. Kicking off the campaign with a massive digital billboard in Times Square gave it the needed scale. Social and paid media followed to spread the news and build interest for many partnership initiatives between the two camps.

The concept centered around a unique portrait style similar to pointalism. But in this case each “dot” was the word Coindbase scrawled by the artists hand. The thousands of individually written words were a metaphor for the digital currency. A film was made of the process and used as the ad content.
